3D Hubs produced their November 2016 trends report, based upon data from their community of more than 32,000 3D Printers available for outsourced printing work.  Reporting the geographic distribution of over 32,000 printers globally, providing access to 3D printing in over 150 countries.

New York continues its tenure at #1, with Los Angeles, London and Paris staying put in 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

Amsterdam may still be in 6th position, but not for long. Having the highest QoQ growth once more at 11.7%, its hot on the heels of a slowing Milan.

Fall brings many new 3D printing events around the globe.

The Prusa i3 continues its sizable lead at almost 2,800 printers. The Ultimaker follows with a distribution of 6.4%. The Robo 3D R1 trades places with the Da Vinci 1.0 and moves up a spot. Makergear's M2 follows suit, one-upping the Rostock MAX and the Form 2 makes an appearance, claiming a spot on top of the M2.

Printer manufacturer distribution remains largely similar to July's report. Ultimaker continues being the manufacturer with the most 3D printers on 3D Hubs, still ahead of MakerBot by almost 1%.

In terms of printer quality reviews, this is the first time that an SLA printer moved into the top three, with the Form Labs printer moving from #5 to #2.
