Johnson & Johnson has gone in collaborations with HP and major 3D Printing companies like GE Healthcare in its advanced manufacturing lab which is stocked with 3D printers, robots and other advanced technology. The Johnson & Johnson 3D Printing  Center of Excellence believes 3D printing can be a boon for technology in medicine as well as the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer uses of the technology to a mainstream or a global level.
