Michael Fine lost his arm from the shoulder forward in a serious car accident and his obvious prosthetic was unable to give him a normal life. Jacob, his son and an intern at DSM Somos, one of the world’s leading stereolithography material manufacturers, produced a highly customized 3D Printed Prosthetic Arm for his father. Somos 9120 was used for its flexibility, water and temperature resistance, and ability to print finer details.
