Tony Leonard was born with a rare spinal condition, for which he underwent a surgery. The surgery did help him with legs, but left him with his arm being amputated due to severe infection and ultimately the wheelchair. A group of employees led by Frank Kahle at Honda Plant in Anna, Ohio, helped him by developing a custom prosthetic arm prototypes using 3D Printing Technology, which were improved over 6 successions and helping him walk again.
